I am a Doctoral Candidate and 2015-2016 USDOT Eisenhower Fellow studying Transportation Planning in the Urban Affairs & Planning program at Virginia Tech’s School of Public & International Affairs in Alexandria, VA. I am a graduate of Middlebury College’s Environmental Studies program and earned a M.S. in Applied Economics at Virginia Tech. I primarily use quantitative methods, and focus on determinants of travel behavior. My research interests include: 1) travel demand management and commuter benefits; 2) multimodalism; 3) active transportation (cycling and walking); and 4) applications of economic theory and methods.
